** This was in response to a process started in 2017-2018, before Superintendent Hackett's time, that looked at school discipline disparities for Black & brown students, as well as SPED students
** Summer 2018, Superintendent worked with the Administrative Council to develop the Call to Action - the blueprint on how to address the issue
** July 2019, the position of Director of Equity & Student Support was created at the request of the SC, to address this issue
** The Equity Audit was conducted by an external firm, at the cost of $40,000
