Lex-wiki allows accounts and postings only from persons using their real name.
- All postings are public, and the Mediawiki software tracking functionality does not permit deletion of log files and old postings.
- A good rule to live by is: If you wouldn't want to see it on the front page of the New York Times, don't post it on lex-wiki.
- Passwords are not made available by the Mediawiki software to the administrator.
