Pages 1-2 in the packet represent draft minutes written by TMMA Clerk Jeff Crampton for the May 8th meeting and presented in the June 12th meeting for review. Page 3 represents a draft motion, which was further modified during discussion and resulted in a tied 7-7 vote.
