Lex-wiki allows accounts and postings only from persons using their real name. All postings are public, and the Mediawiki software tracking functionality does not permit deletion of log files and old postings.

A good rule to live by is: If you wouldn't want to see it on the front page of the New York Times, don't post it on lex-wiki.
