While Town Meeting is in session, the Moderator rules over activities within the hall (Margaret Milne Battin Hall in the Cary Memorial Building) as well as any activities within the building deemed to be unreasonable or obtrusive to the operation of Town Meeting.
Sessions of Town Meeting are normally convened at 7:30pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings in Margaret Milne Battin Hall in the Isaac Harris Cary Memorial Building at 1605 Massachusetts Avenue. A session typically lasts for two to three hours, depending on how many Articles are ready to be taken up by Town Meeting.
