Teams
All students at Jonas Clarke Middle School are members of a special group...
a team of teachers and students working together to help all of its members to thrive
and achieve success. Students meet with other students on their team and their team
teachers for English, social studies, science and mathematics classes.
They are also assigned to homerooms with other members of their team,
and they enjoy many exciting experiences with their them.
Essentially, the team becomes a smaller school within the school for all of its members.
During the school year our
Voyage
with our teams takes us on a
Quest
for new knowledge. Our school is a place filled with
Adventurers and
Challenges
for each of us. Like to crews of spaceships named
Atlantis or
Apollo,
we venture forward together knowing that our
Explorations and
Endeavors
will lead to many wonderful
Discoveries.
